Content placed in the Frebbies section can be downloaded for free and used/printed in your personal projects. This content cannot be sold or shared in its digital form. You are allowed to use in your projects or sell up to 100 prints of this content in your local area unless stated otherwise in the rule placed next to the content.

This rule can changed if misuse of the content is detected.
 

DIGITAL CONTENT/ DIGITAL DOWNLOADS/DIGITAL PRINTABLES:

Digital content placed in the Shop section or workbooks, journal templates and journal pages labelled as 'Digital' or 'Digital Download' can be downloaded and used/printed ONLY in your personal projects. This content cannot be sold or shared in its digital or printed form. You are allowed to use it in your projects such as junk journals (not just printed journals) which can be sold.

This rule can changed if misuse of the content is detected.

⭐ You CAN print files up to 100 times and use the printed images in your tangible art & craft projects that are for personal or commercial use.
⭐ You CAN sell your finished tangible (physical) items that you created (e.g. hand-made junk journals)
⭐ You CAN use printed Digital Printable Sheets in your artwork and publish your artwork online (no credit to us is necessary but appreciated).

!!! You CANNOT copy, reproduce or recreate SangFroid Spirit Digital Printable Products for sale or distribution of any kind. When you purchase the digital item(s) they are intended for your use only; do not share them, sell them or give them away in either printed or digital format.
!!! You CANNOT mass-produce your artwork containing any SangFroid Spirit Digital Printable Products, for commercial use, without first obtaining written permission from us. Mass production is considered to be any run of 101 prints or more from a single artwork. In some cases, larger distributions may incur a licensing fee.
!!! You CANNOT use any of SangFroid Spirit's Digital products in any digital form such as Digital Scrap Book Kits, Digital Kits, Website Design, as part of a Do It Yourself Kit or in any other digital form. SangFroid Spirit 's Digital products are for printed use only! (Also do not place them on any websites neither on Print on Demand sites)
!!! You CANNOT sell or re-sell digital or printed SangFroid Spirit's products on any other Retail Sites. This also includes that you CANNOT sell printed SangFroid Spirit's Digital products in paper sheets, transfer sheets or sticker sheets in whole or part.
!!! If you are willing to use this image for industrial production of goods, this is prohibited.
Each digital download is a private license to one person only.

COMMERCIAL USE:

Please contact us if you wish to use our Digital Content/Printables to create workbooks, guides or journals for your business, for example if you are a coach, mentor, counsellor etc. We can give you a written consent (may incur a licensing fee based on the nature of your request).

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. Please see our Privacy Policy how we collect and use your personal data.

Digital Download

During your purchase of this digital item, you gave up your right to cancel this purchase under EU consumer laws. SangFroid Spirit do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of digital purchases.

File delivery  - Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed or when file is released (if a part of course, masterclass or other event). Please see terms of use of these files above in the Content  section.

Returns and Refund

Returns - Digital Download

During your purchase of this digital item, you gave up your right to cancel this purchase under EU consumer laws. SangFroid Spirit do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of digital purchases.

Returns - Courses

During your purchase of this course, you gave up your right to cancel this purchase under EU consumer laws. SangFroid Spirit do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of course purchases unless stated otherwise. For some courses we offer 14-days money back guarantee, no questions ask.

Refunds - Courses

Once we receive your cancellation request within 14 days after you purchased the course, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Returns - Physical Items

You have 30  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds - Physical Items

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping - Physical Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
